A business has closed or its details are wrong. What do I do?
Use Report a problem. A person looks at every report. Closed businesses are left out of rankings.
How do I ask for a correction, or for a page to be removed?
Use Request a correction or removal, linked from Report a problem and from each business page. Give the page or business, what to change or remove, whether you are the owner or a representative, and your email. We aim to respond within two business days. Owners can also hide their own listing from their owner page.
I think someone is gaming the votes. What do I do?
Tell us on the report form, with the board and what you saw. Fake or multiple accounts, automated voting and paying for votes are not allowed, and we can remove votes, boards or accounts.
I have a question about a charge.
