Page views and votes
Rising views with flat votes means people look but do not vote. Ask them to vote.

See whether visitors want your website, directions, phone or menu, and keep that one up to date.
Where visitors came from
Search, a shared link, your QR code or a board. If the QR code is quiet, move it somewhere people see it.
Each board you are on
Your votes beside the board average show where you are strong and where you can catch up.
What you never see
You never see who viewed your page or who voted for you. Any group smaller than five shows as fewer than five. Known bots and your own visits are not counted.

Questions about insights
Who can see my insights?
Only the person who manages the claimed page. Insights never appear on your public page.
Do I see who viewed my page or who voted?
No. Insights are totals only. Any group smaller than five is shown as fewer than five, so no one can be picked out.
Are my own visits counted?
No. Your own visits and known bots are left out, so the numbers reflect real visitors.
How far back do the charts go?
You choose: the last 30 days, the last 90 days, the last 12 months, or everything since your plan started. Short ranges chart each day, 12 months charts each week and the full history charts each month. Your history starts the day your plan starts and carries over when you renew. If your plan lapses for more than 30 days, the history starts again from the day you subscribe again.
Can I download the numbers?
Yes. The business plan includes a CSV download of everything on the insights page.
Does paying change my rank?
Paying never affects rank or the order of any board.
