Mithaas Bakery is a custom cake studio in Woodinville, WA, run by Dishika from a commercial kitchen. “Mithaas” means sweetness in Hindi, and that’s what we bake: cakes that taste as good as they look, made for one customer and one occasion. We blend Indian celebration traditions with modern baking artistry. Our Mithai-Inspired flavors turn classic sweets like Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun, Kesar Pista, Rose Milk, Paan and Mango into cakes and cupcakes. We bake with less sugar so the flavors shine, and we also make classics like vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. We specialize in custom wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, baby shower and festival cakes, plus cupcakes and cookies. Eggless, gluten-free and vegan options are available. We work by appointment, with no public storefront. Share your date, guest count and ideas, and we’ll plan the design and flavors with you. Please order at least 2 days ahead (5 preferred) and 10 days for weddings. Custom cakes start at $75. We serve Woodinville, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish and Mercer Island.
